2.1. Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are for the sculptures only and do not include shipping, taxes, or any customs duties that may be applicable in your country.

2.2. Taxes & Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and customs duties in their country of destination. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

2.3. Shipping: Shipping can be arranged either by the buyer or through Highlands Stone Art. If we arrange the shipping, our service includes insurance to cover the item during transit. The insurance covers damage or loss during transportation but does not cover events after the item is delivered. Shipping times are determined by the shipping agent, with a minimum delivery time of 7 working days.

2.4. Payment: Payments are required upfront at the time of purchase. 

3.1. No Refunds: Due to the unique nature and craftsmanship of our stone sculptures, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

3.2. Damaged Items: If the sculpture arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping insurance provider to resolve any claims.

4.1. Liability: Highlands Stone Art strives to provide accurate information about our products. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our website. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

4.2. Website Availability: While we aim to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
